Yearly contract

With a yearly contract we will provide you with weekly or monthly IT support. There is a minimum of 4 hours on site per month on this contract. Our staff will come and visit your premises regularly to solve your IT problems and keep your systems healthy. A yearly contract also entitles you to free email support.

Pay as you go

If you don't require a regular site visit but would prefer to call for support as and when you need it, then our pay-as-you-go assistance is for you. We can provide immediate assistance from one of our fully-trained engineers and charge by the hour or half day. There is no minimum number of hours for this option. This is particularly useful for organisations which require less than 4 hours' support per month.
