Regular Support
The Blue Lizard offers an excellent value support package including weekly or monthly scheduled support at your premises, remote support and helpdesk, backup and recovery (where a suitable backup device exists), upgrades and maintenance. Our fixed-price contracts start at just £160 + VAT per month.
During the scheduled support visits, our friendly and knowledgeable staff will provide immediate user support, maintenance tasks covering your network, computers and software, installations and updates, including software patches and fixes, maintenance of your corporate infrastructure, configuration management.
We will also conduct confidential software licensing and security audits at your request.

One-off Support
We can also provide pay-as-you-go IT support and troubleshooting to London-based organisations. We charge by the hour, and offer a discount to charitable organisations. Trained experts
All Microsoft® server work is undertaken by staff who are fully trained Microsoft® Certified Professionals with many years of experience.
However, our expertise doesn't stop at Microsoft® and we are not tied to any particular vendor, so we will always endeavour to find the solution that best fits your requirements.
